Consumer Rights Notice
As an EU consumer, you have specific legal rights including the right to withdraw within 14 days. See Section 8 for details. For disputes, you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to DashEarn. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and DashEarn ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the DashEarn platform.
By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using DashEarn, you represent and warrant that:

- ✓You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- ✓You are not restricted from using our services under applicable law
3. User Account & Responsibilities
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete registration information
- •Promptly update any changes to your information
- •Maintain the security of your password and account
- •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
4. Our Services & Earning
DashEarn provides a platform where users can earn money by completing offers, surveys, and other activities through our partnered offerwalls. Key terms:
- $All earnings are subject to verification and approval by our offerwall partners
- $Earnings are credited only after successful completion verification (typically 24-72 hours)
- $We reserve the right to adjust or reverse earnings if fraud is detected
- $Minimum payout threshold: $20.00 USD

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings:

DashEarn processes withdrawal requests through various payment methods. By requesting a withdrawal, you agree to the following terms:
- Minimum Withdrawal: $20.00 USD
- Processing Time: Monthly (payments processed once per month)
- Available Methods: PayPal, USDT (TRC20), Gift Cards
- Processing Fee: $0.00 - We cover all processing fees
We reserve the right to withhold payments if suspicious activity is detected or if additional verification is required.
7. Referral Program
Users can earn referral commissions on all earnings made by users who sign up using their unique referral code. Terms:
- ★Commission is paid when referred user completes and is credited for an offer
- ★Commission is calculated on the net earnings after platform fees
- ★Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are not eligible for commissions
- ★We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice
8. Right of Withdrawal
EU Consumer Right: As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DashEarn, contact@DashEarn.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
9. Account Termination
DashEarn reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that:
- •Violates these Terms of Service
- •Engages in fraudulent or prohibited activities
- •Provides false or misleading information
- •Is inactive for more than 12 months
Upon termination, you will forfeit all pending earnings. We may also ban the user from creating new accounts.
10. Limitation of Liability
DashEarn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- •Your use or inability to use our services
- •Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- •Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Intellectual Property
The DashEarn platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by DashEarn and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
12. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to DashEarn. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing our services.
13. Third-Party Services
Our platform includes links to third-party websites, services, and offerwalls. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third parties. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective terms and policies.

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For detailed information about how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably.
EU Online Dispute Resolution
If you are an EU consumer, you can also use the ODR Platform established by the EU Commission for online dispute resolution.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15b. US-Specific Provisions
🇺🇸 United States
For users from the United States, the following additional terms apply:
- •Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
- •Class Action Waiver: You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
- •State-Specific Rights: Some states have consumer protection laws that may provide additional rights. This agreement does not waive any non-waivable rights.
- •COPPA Compliance: Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
- •California Residents: Under California Civil Code § 1789.3, California users are entitled to specific consumer rights information.
🇪🇺 European Union
For EU users, our Terms comply with EU consumer laws including the Consumer Rights Directive and Digital Services Act.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
